Problems and Suggestions Existing in the Implementation Process of the Current National Pollutant Discharge Permit System
The pollutant discharge permit system plays a key role in the current national ecological and environmental protection work,and the perfection and applicability of the system are not only related to the development of ecological protection,but also have an impact on the production of enterprises and people's lives.This paper expounds the necessity and significance of the construction of the pollutant discharge permit system,analyzes the main process of the construction and implementation of the pollutant discharge permit system in China,and summarizes the characteristics of the current pollutant discharge permit system.At the same time,combined with the actual situation,some problems faced in the implementation of the current pollutant discharge permit system are pointed out,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for these problems,in order to provide reference for the construction and implementation of the pollutant discharge permit system in China.
