In the context of today's digital era,group enterprises are faced with the urgent need for the construction of archive informatization,and have encountered many challenges in the process.This study focuses on the analysis of the necessity of this transformation,and further explores the core challenges encountered in the process of informatization construction,including weak technical foundation,security issues,insufficient standardization,and the need to improve the quality of management teams.Finally,targeted measures for the construction of archives informatization are proposed to promote the smooth implementation of the archives construction of group enterprises.
