This article conducts an in-depth study on the construction progress control and management measures of oilfield station general contracting projects.The research results show that through scientific construction progress control and management,the construction efficiency of oilfield station general contracting projects can be effectively improved,ensuring project completion on schedule,reducing costs,and improving engineering quality and enterprise benefits.This article aims to explore the factors affecting the construction progress of oilfield station general contracting projects,and propose corresponding control and management measures,in order to provide reference and guidance for practical project management.
