基于规模化新能源接入的储能选址定容模型研究

针对现有储能优化配置模型不够完善、约束过于简化等不足,本文构建了虑及网络安全的机会约束储能优化模型(SCCESO)。为求解该模型,首先将非凸的机会约束变换为凸的二阶锥约束或线性约束,然后将该子问题按时段进一步分解为T个规模较小的子问题,T为调度周期。修改后的IEEE 96节点系统计算结果表明,所提模型、算法具有可行性和有效性。
Research on Energy Storage Site Selection and Capacity Determination Model Based on Scaled New Energy Access
A Security Chance Constrained Energy Storage Optimal(SCCESO)model considering network security is constructed to address the shortcomings of existing energy storage optimization configuration models,such as incomplete and overly simplified constraints.To solve this model,this paper first transforms non convex chance constraints into convex second-order cone constraints or linear constraints,and then further decomposes the subproblem into T smaller subproblems according to time periods,where T is the scheduling period.The modified IEEE 96 node system calculation results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective.
