摘要

机械设备装配精度是确保设备性能、安全和使用寿命的关键要素.为保证高精度装配,必须采取有效控制措施,比如提高零件加工精度、优化装配工艺、控制环境条件和加强工人技能培训等.同时,安装偏差方向的管控也是装配精度控制的重要环节.只有全面考虑和实施这些措施,才能提高装配精度,降低维护成本,推动机械制造业的持续发展.

Abstract

The assembly accuracy of mechanical equipment is a key element in ensuring equipment performance,safety,and lifespan.To ensure high-precision assembly,effective control measures must be taken,such as improving part processing accuracy,optimizing assembly processes,controlling environmental conditions,and strengthening worker skill training.Meanwhile,the control of installation deviation direction is also an important part of assembly accuracy control.Only by comprehensively considering and implementing these measures,to improve assembly accuracy,reduce maintenance costs,promote the sustainable development of the mechanical manufacturing industry.
