模糊控制在直升机旋翼自动配平中的应用

直升机旋翼的配平是影响其飞行稳定性和安全性的关键因素之一。传统的机械式配平方法存在响应速度慢、精度低等问题,难以满足现代直升机对高性能、高可靠性的要求。为了开展国内直升机旋翼实时调整技术研究,本文基于模糊控制理论进行了直升机旋翼自动配平技术研究,并进行了IFT模型旋翼自动配平风洞试验。试验结果表明,基于模糊控制理论的旋翼自动配平技术安全有效,实现智能变距的同时又能控制旋翼振动水平。
Application of Fuzzy Control in Automatic Balancing of Helicopter Rotors
The balance of helicopter rotors is one of the key factors affecting their flight stability and safety.The traditional mechanical balancing method has problems such as slow response speed and low accuracy,which makes it difficult to meet the requirements of modern helicopters for high performance and high reliability.In order to carry out research on real-time adjustment technology of helicopter rotors in China,the automatic balancing technology of helicopter rotors was studied based on fuzzy control theory,and wind tunnel tests of IFT model rotor automatic balancing were conducted.The test results confirmed that the rotor automatic balancing technology based on fuzzy control theory is safe and effective,achieving intelligent pitch variation while controlling rotor vibration level.
