Exploration and Application of Centralized Procurement Method in Metro Operation Outsourcing Projects
With the rapid development of urban rail transit systems,subway operating enterprises are facing problems such as multiple channels for material procurement,long supply cycles,and high procurement costs.Centralized procurement,as an effective procurement strategy,can greatly improve procurement efficiency,reduce procurement costs,and enhance the overall efficiency of subway operations by integrating procurement needs and forming scale advantages.This article combines the actual operation of the subway,with the goal of controlling costs,explores the establishment of a multi-dimensional centralized procurement system,fully utilizes the scale effect of centralized procurement,solves the problems of multiple and scattered outsourced projects and difficult outsourcing management in subway operation,forces suppliers to improve the quality of materials and equipment,ensures the healthy and long-term development of operation,and ultimately constructs a supply chain management goal system of"improving quality,increasing efficiency,and reducing costs".
