随着互联网的飞速发展,我国已迈入大数据时代。在这个时代背景下,各行各业都需要面临变革,以把握这一宝贵的发展契机。对于人事档案管理行业而言,尽管将大数据与人事档案电子化管理相结合具有诸多优势,但在实际应用过程中,仍不可避免地会遇到一些问题,制约了人事电子档案管理水平的提升。基于此,本文积极探索优化策略与切实有效的措施,以期提升大数据时代人事档案电子化管理的整体水平。
Analysis of the Management of Personnel Electronic Archives from the Perspective of Big Data
With the rapid development of the Internet,China has entered the era of big data.In this context,all walks of life need to face changes to grasp this valuable development opportunity.For the personnel file management industry,although the combination of big data and electronic management of personnel files has many advantages,in the actual application process,it is inevitable to encounter some problems,which restricts the improvement of the level of personnel electronic file management.Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore optimization strategies and take practical and effective measures to improve the overall level of electronic management of personnel files in the era of big data.
