With the increasing maturity and popularization of information technology,many hospitals have begun to try to apply information technology in document and file management,which helps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of document and file management.However,this process is also faced with challenges in the security and confidentiality of archives,the upgrading of information technology,and the quality level of archivists.At present,there are still some problems in the management of documents and archives in hospitals,which are mainly reflected in the limited application scope of information technology,the systematic management level of documents and archives needs to be improved,the lack of information disclosure of documents and archives management and the lack of professionals in document and file information management.In view of the above problems,hospitals should pay more attention to expand the scope of technology application;Increase financial investment and build a unified information management platform;Enhance the spirit of service,timely and accurate disclosure of information;Pay attention to talent training and build a team of professional talents,so that the management of documents and archives can more effectively promote the construction of the hospital and serve the high-quality development of the hospital.
