摘要

随着人工智能技术的发展,越来越多的煤矿开始探索如何利用人工智能来提高设备的运行效率,降低故障率,实现对设备运行状态的实时监测和数据分析,从而提前发现潜在问题并采取相应措施,有效预防设备故障的发生.本文旨在探讨基于人工智能的煤矿机电设备故障诊断及预防性维护方法,以供相关企业参考和借鉴.

Abstract

with the development of artificial intelligence technology,more and more coal mines begin to explore how to use artificial intelligence to improve the operation efficiency of equipment and reduce the failure rate,it can realize the real-time monitoring and data analysis of the running state of the equipment,so as to find the potential problems in advance and take corresponding measures to effectively prevent the occurrence of equipment failure.The purpose of this research is to discuss the fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance method of coal mine electromechanical equipment based on artificial intelligence.
