Research on Intelligent Monitoring and Regulation of 3D Printing of Metal Materials
Metal 3D printing has become increasingly important in the modern manufacturing industry,but the quality control in the printing process is still the core technical problem.Aiming at the intelligent monitoring and regulation technology in the specific operation,this paper deeply discusses its working mechanism,current application status and future development trend.Through the comprehensive analysis of relevant academic literature,a framework of intelligent monitoring and regulation system based on multi-sensor data fusion and machine learning algorithm is constructed.Through this study,it provides a solution strategy for the printing quality control in related fields,and looks forward to its wide application prospect in the future manufacturing industry.
