基于实物ID的电力智能运检关键技术研究与应用

本文以物联网、大数据分析和人工智能等新技术,突破电力设备资产分段筹算静态瓶颈,基于电网实物资产统一编码设计和调整策略,构建电力设备资产全息数据的全维度收集、全过程追踪和全方位共享机制,实现电网设备资产在规划设计、采购建设、运行维护和退役报废各阶段全流程贯通,从而推进电网实物"ID"建设和应用。同时,以实物"ID"为纽带,固化物料、设备和资产间的分类对应关系,贯通项目编码、WBS编码、物料编码、设备编码和资产编码等电网设备资产各阶段管理中的专业编码,提升国家电网公司设备资产精益化管理水平。
Key Technology of Power Intelligent Transportation Inspection Based on Physical ID
Integrating new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data analysis and artificial intelligence,breaking through the static bottleneck of subsection planning of power equipment assets,based on the unified coding design and adjustment strategy of physical assets of the power grid,constructing the full-dimensional collection,whole-process tracking and all-round sharing mechanism of holographic data of power equipment assets,realizing the whole process of power grid equipment assets in planning and design,procurement and construction,operation and maintenance,and retirement and scrapping,so as to promote the construction and application of physical"ID"of the power grid.With physical"ID"as the link,solidifying the classification and corresponding relationship between materials,equipment and assets,passing through the professional coding of project coding,WBS coding,material coding,equipment coding and asset coding in the management of power grid equipment assets in each stage,and improving the lean management level of equipment assets of State Grid Corporation of China.
