Modern thermal power plants are mainly divided into nuclear power,coal-fired power,and natural gas power generation based on energy and fuel.Steam turbine is an important equipment in modern thermal power plants.With changes in the energy supply side,the proportion of gas turbine power generation in the electricity market is gradually increasing,but it has peak shaving characteristics,frequent start stop,and it is crucial to maintain the safe and stable operation of turbine equipment.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the countermeasures for abnormal situations of high exhaust check valves in steam turbines,and provides examples to illustrate the possible problems and handling methods of high exhaust check valves in different situations,in order to provide reference and guidance for similar faults in similar units.
