摘要

和利时DCS控制系统SOE是向双网全好的最小号控制站校时,机组正常运行期间部分SOE模块存在超时报警,在没有其他厂任何经验可以借鉴的前提下,工作人员通过对主从历史站切换、重启、下装、生效,控制器和通讯卡主从切换,交换机断电重启等现场大量测试验证,最终找到SOE模块超时报警的影响因素.

Abstract

The software is HOLLiAS_MACS_V6.5.3,the hardware is K Master+K module.The SOE of HollySys DCS is to adjust the time to the minimum control station of double-net,but during the normal operation of the unit,some SOE modules have time-out alarm,on the premise that there is no other factory experience can be used for reference,the operators through the master-slave history station switching,restart,loading,effective,the controller switching,K-BUS02 module switching,switch power failure in different areas of the switch restart,and so on a large number of field tests,and finally found the SOE module timeout alarm factors.
