In the wave of global energy transition,photovoltaic power plants,as an important component of renewable energy,have immeasurable value in optimizing management to promote the development of clean energy,reduce dependence on fossil fuels,and promote the economic transition towards green and low-carbon.Based on this,this article starts with analyzing the importance of project management in photovoltaic power plant engineering,deeply studies the key points of project management in each stage of photovoltaic power plant construction,and proposes specific measures to improve the level of project management in photovoltaic power plant engineering,providing reference and inspiration for promoting the smooth implementation and sustainable operation of photovoltaic power plant engineering projects.
