摘要
为了解决智能化工作面通信线缆铺设数量多、种类杂、铺设难等行业难题,本文设计了一种综采工作面WiFi6无线通信方案.通过对比研究确定了网络拓扑、天线类型、工作频段及基站布置,在地面搭建WiFi6无线通信测试环境,从无线信号强度、通信速率、漫游切换及移动设备无线通信等方面进行测试,形成测试数据及测试结果,为无线通信方案在井下综采工作面的实际应用提供了有效参考和数据支撑.
Abstract
In order to solve the industry challenges of laying a large number,diverse types,and difficult laying of communication cables in intelligent working faces,a WiFi6 wireless communication solution for fully mechanized working faces is designed.Through comparative research,the network topology,antenna type,working frequency band,and base station layout are determined.A WiFi6 wireless communication testing environment is built on the ground,and testing is conducted from the aspects of wireless signal strength,communication rate,roaming switching,and wireless communication of mobile devices,The formation of test data and test results provides effective reference and data support for the practical application of the plan in the underground fully mechanized mining face.
