With the acceleration of China's comprehensive reform and development process,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to improve their own development level,enterprises must seek optimization in various management work,especially to improve the quality of overall budget management.Taking Xinhua Group as an example,this paper explores the key links and control countermeasures of the enterprise's overall budget management.This paper first expounds the concept and content of comprehensive budget management,then analyzes the key links of comprehensive budget management,then makes a targeted and specific analysis of the key links of Xinhua Group's overall budget management,and finally puts forward the control countermeasures of the key links of comprehensive budget management of enterprises based on the analysis results.
