Analysis of Subway Operation Accident Causes and Research on Management Countermeasures
In order to alleviate traffic pressure,large and medium-sized cities have established relatively complete subway networks,improved travel conditions,and created good economic and social benefits.China's subway operation theory is becoming more and more mature,and a lot of work experience has been accumulated,but due to the influence of environment,operation,climate and other uncontrollable factors,subway operation accidents occur from time to time,resulting in certain casualties and economic losses.In order to improve the operation level of the subway,the relevant units need to strengthen operation management and innovate management concepts and methods.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of subway operation accidents and puts forward feasible strategies for operation management,in order to provide reference and reference for practical work.
