In order to further promote rural revitalization and build a professional farmer team,vocational education should fully leverage its resource advantages,improve teaching mechanisms in combination with the development needs of rural surplus labor transfer groups,enhance the ability level of rural labor,and provide high-quality human capital for agricultural economic development.Based on this,this article analyzes the concept of rural surplus labor transfer,proposes the role of vocational education and corresponding strategies,in order to provide reference for rural economic construction.
