摘要
随着我国经济社会不断发展,《交通强国建设纲要》提出要大力推进交通与产业融合发展,"交通+""旅游+""生态+"等理念促进了道路建设与生态环境、文化遗产、旅游游憩、产业扶贫等深度融合.加大风景道建设力度成为趋势,通过风景道建设,实现从单一的交通功能向交通、保护、文化、旅游、观光等复合功能转变,满足旅客多样化需求.本文以湖北省公路为研究对象,结合湖北省的地理环境和地域文化特点,对交旅融合理念下湖北省风景道建设体系进行研究,旨在提升湖北省国省干线质量和服务品质,打造具有广泛影响力的风景道品牌.
Abstract
With the continuous development of social needs and the industrial economy in China,the State's"Construction Plan for Building a Transportation Powerhouse"has proposed vigorously promoting the integration of transportation and industries.Concepts such as"transportation plus,""tourism plus,"and"ecology plus"promote the deep integration of road construction with ecological environment,cultural heritage,tourism leisure,and poverty alleviation.The trend of increasing the construction of scenic roads nationwide has emerged.Through the construction of scenic roads,the single transportation function is transformed into a composite function of transportation,protection,culture,tourism,and sightseeing to meet the diverse needs of passengers.This paper takes the provincial roads in Hubei Province as the research object,combining the geographic environment and regional culture of Hubei Province,and studies the construction system of Hubei Province scenic roads under the concept of integrating transportation and tourism.The aim is to improve the quality and service quality of Hubei's national and provincial trunk roads and create a scenic road brand with widespread influence.
