高精度贝氏体火箭撬滑轨焊缝感应正火技术研究

针对贝氏体钢轨焊接接头感应正火工艺中焊缝轨腰部位探伤扫查出现缺陷回波的现象,对焊缝探伤数据进行分析,改进热处理设备的感应加热功率与加热时间,形成了贝氏体钢轨的闪光焊焊缝正火技术。本文重点对正火技术中难以满足探伤扫查的要求进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,该正火技术满足贝氏体钢轨焊接接头探伤扫查要求,满足了超高精度火箭撬滑轨的试验使用需求。
Research on High-precision Bainitic Rocket Jack Slideway Weld Seam Induction Normalizing Technology
In order to solve the problem of defect echoes appearing in the welded joint of the rail head of the Bainite steel rail during the induction annealing process,the welded joint of the rail head was analyzed by ultrasonic testing data,and the induction heating power and heating time of the heat treatment equipment were improved to form the flash welding annealing technology of Bainite steel rail.The experimental verification was carried out on the difficult parts to meet the inspection requirements during the inspection,the results show that the annealing technology solves the inspection requirements of the Bainite steel rail welded joint,and meets the experimental use demand of the ultra-high precision rocket lever sliding rail.
