电源电路性能验证综合测试装置研制探析

随着电力电子技术的快速发展,电源电路的性能验证成为确保电力系统稳定运行和高质量供电的关键环节。在模拟芯片电路开发项目中,为了满足对设计芯片模块验证的需要,本文对一种可以用于验证电源电路性能的综合测试装置进行了研究。该装置采用国产FPGA设定的控制信号,配合设计专用的测试板电路与治具,可以完成对模拟电路模块的测试验证,在电力电子技术领域具有重要的应用价值,能够为电源电路的研发、生产和维护提供有力的技术支持和保障。
A Comprehensive Testing Device for Verifying Power-source Circuits
With the rapid development of power electronics technology,performance verification of power circuits has become a key link in ensuring stable operation and high-quality power supply of the power system.In the simulation chip circuit development project,in order to meet the needs of verifying the design chip module,a comprehensive testing device that can be used to verify the performance of the power circuit has been developed.It uses domestic FPGA to generate set control signals,and with the design of dedicated test board circuits and fixtures,it can complete the testing and verification of the simulation circuit module.Practice has proved that the comprehensive testing device for power circuit performance verification developed in this article has important application value in the field of power electronics technology,and can provide strong technical support and guarantee for the research and development,production,and maintenance of power circuits.
