The construction of public digital culture is an important component of the modern public service supply system and an important manifestation of the country's soft power.At present,cultural digital resources in Jiangsu Province are mainly distributed on various levels and types of cultural institutions'self built service platforms,such as the Jiangsu Library Cloud and the Jiangsu Public Culture Cloud.There are problems such as scattered storage,security risks,inconsistent standards,insufficient usage effects,and difficulty in promotion.This article focuses on top-level design,platform construction,thematic library construction,standard construction,and data correlation Explore the construction and services of provincial-level public digital cultural resources from six aspects of application promotion.
