摘要
高校干部人事档案管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,对于高校的选人用人、人才梯队建设以及教职工的职称晋升等方面都具有重要意义.本文以干部人事档案专项审核工作为视角,探讨高校人事档案管理工作存在的问题,提出改进高校干部人事档案管理工作的措施,旨在提高高等教育领域干部人事档案管理效率,推动高等学校干部人事档案管理工作朝着更加科学的方向发展.
Abstract
The management of personnel files of university cadres is an important component of university management work,which is of great significance for the selection and appointment of personnel,the construction of talent echelon,and the interests of faculty and staffin universities.This article takes the perspective of the special review of cadre personnel files,Explored the problems in the management of personnel files in universities,and proposed measures to improve the management of personnel files for university cadres,aiming to improve the efficiency of personnel file management for cadres in the field of higher education,promote the development of personnel file management in higher education institutions towards a more scientific direction.
