摘要
本文主要探索了基于项目制模式的铁路货运营销管理关键技术,概述了项目化模式的内涵,并分析了当前铁路货运营销管理的现状及存在的痛点,如运力不足、营销意识不强等,并从货运营销项目立项决策、管理业务流程、营销渠道管理、动态监控方案及效果评价模型等方面进行了深入探讨,提出了具体的实施方案和优化建议.最后,对研究结论进行了总结,强调了项目制模式在完善铁路货运营销体系、推动企业转型及提升营销工作水平等方面的重要作用,并提出了未来的研究展望.
Abstract
This paper mainly explores the key technologies of railway freight marketing management based on the project-based model.This paper first summarizes the connotation of the project-based model,and analyzes the current situation and pain points of railway freight marketing management,such as insufficient capacity and weak marketing awareness.Then,from the aspects of freight marketing project decision-making,management business process,marketing channel management,dynamic monitoring scheme and effect evaluation model,etc.,in-depth discussion was made,and specific implementation plans and optimization suggestions were put forward.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized,and the important role of the project-based model in improving the railway freight marketing system,promoting enterprise transformation and improving the level of marketing work is emphasized,and the future research prospects are proposed.
