Research on the Construction of Fire Protection Legal System and Law Enforcement Standardization under the New Situation
Under the new situation,with the rapid development of China's social economy and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the traditional fire protection legal system and law enforcement mode has been difficult to meet the needs of fire protection in the new era.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of fire law enforcement in China,points out the grim situation of the number of fires and casualties,and emphasizes the importance of the standardization of fire protection legal system and law enforcement.This paper further discusses the significance of the standardization of fire protection legal system and law enforcement under the new situation,and puts forward the construction methods of innovating the management mechanism,optimizing the work concept,improving the quality of personnel,deepening digital empowerment and strengthening the construction of archives,aiming to promote the systematic,legal and standardized development of China's fire protection work,and provide reference for the research of relevant staff.
