鱼骨图分析法是一种高效的影响因素分析方法。本文将其应用到既有建筑科研实验室改造的策划与研究中,通过鱼骨图的绘制,分析影响科研实验室改造的主要因素,梳理出四大影响方面,包括13大项、64子项影响要素,为既有建筑科研实验室的改造重点提供参考依据,并结合科研实验室功能需求的多样性和既有建筑改造的复杂性,有针对性地提出相应的对策措施,以提高方案设计及施工图设计效率,打造整体性强、设备设施先进的科研实验室,赋予建筑新的生命力。
Research on Renovation of Existing Building Laboratories Based on Fishbone Diagram Analysis Method
The fishbone diagram analysis method is an efficient method for analyzing influencing factors,which is applied to the planning and research of the renovation of existing building research laboratories.Through the drawing of fishbone diagrams,the main factors affecting the renovation of research laboratories are analyzed,and four major influencing aspects,including 13 major items and 64 sub items,are sorted out.This provides a reference basis for the focus of renovation of existing building research laboratories,Based on the diversity of functional requirements in scientific research laboratories and the complexity of existing building renovations,targeted countermeasures are proposed.Improve the efficiency of scheme design and construction drawing design,create a research laboratory with strong integrity and advanced equipment and facilities,and endow buildings with new vitality.
