摘要
本文通过分析泥包后的相应特征、导致钻头泥包的各种因素和钻头泥包后的致卡原因,提出防止钻头泥包卡钻的措施和策略,建立一套从预防钻头泥包、识别和监测钻头泥包到钻头泥包及时处置、钻头泥包复杂排除的整体解决策略,同时阐明抽吸性缩径的存在是导致钻头泥包发生"缩径卡钻"的主要诱因,探讨应用憋压浸泡法解除钻头泥包卡钻的可行性.
Abstract
By analyzing the corresponding characteristics after mud packing,various factors leading to mud packing of the drill bit,and the causes of sticking after packing of the drill bit,it is proposed that to prevent mud sticking of the drill bit,it is necessary to establish an overall solution strategy from preventing mud packing the drill bit,identifying and monitoring mud packing of the drill bit,to timely dealing with mud packing of the drill bit,and excluding complex mud packing of the bit.At the same time,it is clarified that the existence of suction shrinkage is the main cause of"shrinkage sticking"after mud packing of drill bit.In this regard,the feasibility of using pressure soaking method to relieve mud sticking of the drill bit is proposed.
