Exploration and Practice of Construction of Water-saving Irrigation District in Guhai Irrigation District of Ningxia
This paper analyzes the current situation and construction practice in the central arid zone of Ningxia with the example of water-saving irrigation district in Ningxia Guhai Yangshui Irrigation District.In order to cope with the challenges of water resource shortage,climate drought and scarce precipitation,Guhai Irrigation District of Ningxia actively promotes the construction of water-saving irrigation district,promotes the intensive and economical utilization of water resources and promotes the high-quality development of modern agriculture through the renovation and transformation of water lifting projects,the promotion of efficient water-saving irrigation technology,the optimization of water resource management mechanism,the promotion of information management and the comprehensive reform of water price.It provides a solid guarantee for ecological and environmental protection,national and social stability and sustainable economic and social development in the arid zone of central Ningxia.
