摘要

注射成型工艺拥有对多种塑料良好的加工适应性,且易于实现自动化生产.注塑可以一次成型复杂外形、精确尺寸的塑料制品,广泛应用于日常生产生活.本文在分析注塑机工艺流程的基础上,根据设备的任务要求设计基于PLC的全自动注塑机控制系统,以期提高注塑机的自动化程度.

Abstract

Injection molding technology has good processing adaptability to various plastics and is easy to achieve automated production.Injection molding can produce complex shapes and precise sizes of plastic products in one go,and is widely used in human daily life.On the basis of analyzing the process flow of injection molding machines,design a control system for fully automatic injection molding machines based on PLC according to the task requirements of the equipment,and improve the automation level of the injection molding machine.
