航空器液压系统作为飞机的关键子系统,其稳定性和可靠性直接影响飞行安全与性能。鉴于液压系统复杂的工作原理与严苛的运行环境,维护与维修工作面临诸多挑战。本文深入分析了航空器液压系统在运行中常见的液压泵故障、阀类元件失调等问题,提出了定期维护与更换液压泵、校准阀类元件状态、调整执行机构精度、检修与清理液压管路等对策,以期提高航空器液压系统可靠性,保障飞行安全。
Aircraft Hydraulic System Maintenance Problems and Countermeasures
As a key subsystem of an aircraft,the stability and reliability of aircraft hydraulic system directly affects flight safety and performance.In view of the complex working principle of the hydraulic system and the harsh operating environment,maintenance and repair work faces many challenges.The purpose of this paper is to analyse the common problems of hydraulic pump failure and valve component misalignment in aircraft hydraulic system,and put forward countermeasures such as regular maintenance and replacement of hydraulic pumps,calibration of valve components,adjustment of actuator precision,and overhauling and cleaning of hydraulic pipelines,etc.,with a view to improving the reliability of the hydraulic system of the aircraft and guaranteeing the safety of flights.
