In recent years,the Party Committee of China Petroleum Bohai Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.Tarim Drilling Branch has fully played the leading role of Party building,vigorously implemented the"Party Building+"project,relied on the"Party Building+"guidance,further improved the political function and organizational strength of grassroots Party organizations,led Party members and cadres to stand on their positions,fulfill their duties,and promote high-quality development through high-quality Party building,To provide strong organizational support for the high-quality development of oil drilling.Based on this,the article starts from five dimensions:strengthening the leadership of the Party,strengthening the construction of Party conduct and clean governance,deepening Party mass+group building activities,exercising a strong leadership collective of the Party,and building a four standard quality management system.It proposes a path that relies on"Party building+"to lead the high-quality development of petroleum enterprises,for reference.
