Discussion on the Collaborative Management Countermeasures of Science and Technology Plan,Science and Technology Archives,Science and Technology Report and Scientific Data
Science and technology plans,science and technology archives,science and technology reports and scientific data are important resources produced in scientific and technological innovation activities,which play an important role in improving the efficiency of scientific research management,promoting the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,and serving the economic and social development.However,at present,China's scientific and technological resources management has problems such as decentralized system,different standards,difficulty in sharing and lack of talents,so it is urgent to strengthen collaborative management.On the basis of analyzing the challenges faced by the collaborative management of scientific and technological resources,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions such as establishing a unified management platform,formulating management standards and norms,strengthening the construction of talent team,improving laws and regulations,and increasing policy support.Through collaborative management,it will promote the sharing and utilization of scientific and technological resources,and provide strong support for scientific and technological innovation and economic and social development.
