Peeling,Protection and Utilization of Topsoil in Production and Construction Projects in Dry-hot Valley Region of Jinsha River——Taking Xulong Hydropower Station as an Example
In the production and construction projects of dry-hot valley region in Jinsha River,there is still a lack of protective measures system for production and construction projects aimed at protecting topsoil resources.On the basis of summarizing construction experience and relevant literature of production and construction projects of dry-hot valley region in Jinsha River,this article elaborates on the difficulty of carrying out ecological restoration work in local area,the necessity and difficulty of protecting topsoil resources locally,and summarizes basic process here.It also summarizes complete protection measures for topsoil resources of dry-hot valley region in Jinsha River,including scope,principles,processes,and important parameters of topsoil stripping,protection,and utilization measures.Above research is of great significance for guiding protection of topsoil resources in production and construction projects of dry-hot valley region in Jinsha River.
