在电网运行中,传统的输电方式主要包括架空线路和电力电缆。这些输电方式在长期运行及恶劣气候环境影响下,会出现绝缘受损或老化等问题,影响电网的安全性与稳定性。GIL的出现,在一定程度上弥补了这一不足,但整条GIL的使用会因波纹管补偿器原材料性能的影响而引发安全问题。基于此,本文选取三组同类波纹管补偿器产品,采用不同标准的不锈钢原材料进行性能试验。其中,两种原材料遵循美标,一种遵循国标。通过对原材料的化学成分进行光谱分析、晶间腐蚀试验等,对结果展开分析评估,以探讨原材料性能对GIL用波纹管补偿器产品失效的影响。
Comparative Analysis of Raw Material Performance of Corrugated Pipe Compensator Products for GIL
In the operation of the power grid,the traditional transmission methods mainly include overhead lines and power cables.However,under the long-term operation and harsh weather environment,these transmission methods will have problems such as insulation damage or aging,which will affect the safety and stability of the power grid.The emergence of GIL has made up for this deficiency to a certain extent,but the use of the whole GIL will cause safety problems due to the influence of the performance of the raw materials of the bellows compensator.Based on this,three groups of similar bellows compensator products were selected in this paper,and different standard stainless steel raw materials were used for performance testing.Among them,two raw materials follow the American standard standard,and one follows the national standard standard.The results were analyzed and evaluated by spectroscopic analysis of the chemical composition of the raw materials and intergranular corrosion tests to investigate the influence of the performance of the raw materials on the failure of the bellows compensator for GIL.
