随着经济社会迅速发展,我国内河航运事业取得了令人瞩目的成绩。钻孔灌注桩的应用能够保持工程结构稳定性。超声波透射法检测技术是一种应用广泛的无损检测方法,当超声波脉冲通过桩体时,其在桩身的传播速度、衰减和反射情况可以揭示混凝土质量、均匀性和完整性。这种检测方法不仅可以测试混凝土内部的不连续性,还可以评价桩身的完整性。基于此,本文在全面了解超声波透射法检测原理基础上,对检测技术要点进行分析,并结合具体案例,通过超声波透射法检测钻孔灌注桩的完整性,为工程安全和施工质量提供参考。
Study on Ultrasonic Transmission Detection Technology of Bored Pile
With the rapid development of the social economy,China's inland waterway transportation industry has achieved remarkable results.The application of drilled pile can maintain the stability of engineering structures.Ultrasonic transmission testing technology is a widely used non-destructive testing method.When ultrasonic pulses pass through the pile,their propagation speed,attenuation,and reflection can reveal the quality,uniformity,and integrity of the concrete.This detection method can not only test the discontinuity inside the concrete,but also evaluate the integrity of the pile body.Therefore,based on a comprehensive understanding of the principle of ultrasonic transmission method detection,this article analyzes the key points of its detection technology,and combines specific cases to detect the integrity of drilled pile through ultrasonic transmission method,in order to ensure the safety and quality of the project.
