Currently,market competition in various industries in China is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to enhance market competitiveness,various enterprises have begun to strengthen the control of operating costs.Financial management costs,as an important cost expenditure for enterprises,are the key content of cost control.Many large enterprises adopt the financial sharing management model,which realizes the centralization,standardization,and efficiency of enterprise financial management,improves the efficiency of enterprise financial management,and reduces financial management costs.Based on this,this article explores the cost control of enterprises under the financial shared service model,in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for relevant personnel.
