Research on Risk and Prevention of Enterprise Human Resource Management
In today's fiercely competitive market environment,human resource management has become a key factor for enterprises to sustain their development and maintain competitive advantages.However,with the expansion of enterprise scale and changes in the external environment,a series of risks have emerged in the process of human resource management,which not only threaten the daily operations of the enterprise,but may also have a profound impact on the high-quality development of the enterprise.Based on this,this article deeply explores various risks that may be encountered in enterprise human resource management,such as recruitment risks,training risks,performance risks,compensation risks,and outsourcing risks,and analyzes the root causes and possible consequences of these risks.At the same time,a series of preventive measures have been proposed to help enterprises establish a sound human resource risk management system,reduce the probability and impact of risk occurrence.
