Research on the Construction of Structured Teacher Teaching Innovation Team Based on On-site Engineer Training
In the context of the integration of industry and education in the new era,how to continuously provide human and intellectual support in the process of cultivating on-site engineers requires a high-quality structured teacher teaching innovation team.This article will conduct research on teacher team building from three aspects:deepening exchanges and enhancing the practical experience of teacher groups through school enterprise cooperation,developing personalized teacher training plans,and improving the innovation ability of teacher teaching teams.It will provide suggestions for solving the problems of poor teaching team ability and low level of vocational education teachers.
