Non staff contract system employees in public hospitals are an important force in hospital operation.Their salary management strategy not only affects the work enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees,but also affects the operational efficiency and medical service quality of the hospital.A reasonable salary structure,fair performance evaluation,and effective incentive mechanism can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve the overall performance of the hospital.Based on this,this article aims to analyze the optimization strategies for the salary management of non staff contract employees in public hospitals,in order to continuously improve the salary management strategy,create a fair and reasonable working environment for non staff contract employees,and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
