制造业作为国民经济的支柱产业,其生产效率与产品质量直接关系到企业的竞争力与市场占有率。在实际生产过程中,制造企业常面临工艺流程不合理、设备利用率低、物料配送效率低以及质量控制不稳定等挑战。为了应对这些挑战,制造企业需要不断探索新的生产优化方法与技术。三维虚拟工厂技术作为一种数字化模拟和仿真技术,为制造业生产优化提供了新途径。本文探讨了三维虚拟工厂定义,分析三维虚拟工厂在制造业的建造流程,研究三维虚拟工厂基于BIM模型基础使用3Ds Max实现优化的情况,以及三维虚拟工厂技术生产优化方法与后续维护,供相关人员参考。
Research on Manufacturing Production Optimization Based on 3D Virtual Factory Technology
As a pillar industry of the national economy,the production efficiency and product quality of the manufacturing industry are directly related to the competitiveness and market share of enterprises.However,in the actual production process,manufacturing enterprises often face challenges such as unreasonable process flow,low equipment utilization,low material distribution efficiency,and unstable quality control.To address these challenges,manufacturing companies need to constantly explore new production optimization methods and technologies.As a digital simulation and emulation technology,3D virtual factory technology provides a new approach for optimizing manufacturing production.This article explores the definition of 3D virtual factories,analyzes the construction process of 3D virtual factories in the manufacturing industry,studies the optimization of 3D virtual factories using 3Ds Max based on BIM models,as well as the production optimization methods and subsequent maintenance of 3D virtual factory technology,for reference by relevant personnel.
