In the face of poor conditions of farmland construction in some areas of China,irrigation and drainage engineering construction problems,the development of"dry water"project construction,can realize the quality of cultivated land,so that the full use of land resources,so as to achieve the purpose of efficient production.This paper takes the land consolidation"dry water improvement"project in Shepo Town,Guiping City as an example,designed the irrigation and drainage project combined with the specific situation of the project area and put forward specific measures,in order to extend the project experience to other areas and provide reference and help for relevant workers.
