Research on the Application of Multi source Data Fusion and Collaborative Processing in CNC Machine Tool Equipment Fault Warning
This article focuses on the demand for CNC(Computer Numerical Control)machine tool equipment fault warning,and studies the application of multi-source data fusion and collaborative processing based on vibration sensor technology.This article introduces the principle of vibration sensor technology and its application status in CNC machine tools,explores the basic principles and advantages and challenges of multi-source data fusion technology in fault warning,and analyzes the application methods of vibration data in fault warning and fusion strategies with other data sources.A design and implementation plan for multi-source data fusion and collaborative processing technology in CNC machine tool fault warning was proposed,and its effectiveness and feasibility were verified through experimental design and result analysis.
