流域水电企业智慧应急决策指挥体系建设探索与实践

随着信息化技术的不断进步,流域水电企业急需通过技术创新提升应急管理能力。本文围绕智慧应急决策指挥体系的构建进行深入探讨,提出一个集成信息化资源、实现数据共享与决策支持的系统框架,通过对现有安全生产信息化平台资源的统筹集成,建设覆盖日常安全监督、作业现场安全监控、突发事件处置及应急指挥的全过程管理平台。该体系可以提升流域水电企业面对突发安全事件时的响应速度和处理效率,保证安全生产和员工安全。
Exploration and Practice of Constructing a Smart Emergency Decision-making and Command System for Watershed Hydropower Enterprises
With the continuous progress of information technology,basin hydropower enterprises urgently need to improve their emergency management capabilities through technological innovation.This study focuses on the construction of a smart emergency decision-making and command system,and proposes a system framework that integrates information resources,realizes data sharing and decision support.Through the overall integration of existing safety production information platform resources,a full process management platform covering daily safety supervision,on-site safety monitoring,emergency response,and emergency command has been constructed.This system is aimed at improving the response speed and processing efficiency of basin hydropower enterprises to sudden safety incidents,ensuring safety production and employee safety.
