基于国土空间规划的全域土地综合整治探讨

摘要
在可持续发展战略目标下,国土空间规划与土地综合整治越来越重要.在国家政策的规范与指导下,各地区的国土空间规划、土地综合整治取得了一定成效.但由于每个地区的实际情况存在差异,个别地区的土地综合整治未达预期.为推动区域经济稳步发展、实现生态目标,有关部门应以国土空间规划为前提,优化全域土地综合整治工作,合理划分土地用途.基于此,本文分析了基于国土空间规划的全域土地综合整治策略,以期为实际工作提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Under the strategic goal of sustainable development,territorial spatial planning and comprehensive land consolidation are becoming more and more important.Under the call of national and government policies,the territorial space planning and comprehensive land improvement in various regions have achieved certain results.However,due to the difference in the situation in each region,the comprehensive land consolidation in individual regions did not meet the expectation.In order to promote the steady development of regional economy and achieve the ecological goal,the relevant departments should take the premise of territorial spatial planning as the premise to optimize the comprehensive land consolidation work and rationally divide the land use.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the regional comprehensive land consolidation strategy under the territorial space planning,in order to provide reference for the practical work.
