金属腰形密封性能研究

金属腰形密封机构具有密封性能良好、耐高温、抗振动性强等特点,被广泛应用于航空发动机热端区域内部滑油管路的密封连接。为了深入研究其性能,本文建立了有限元模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件的Static Structural计算模块进行仿真分析,以求解形成有效密封后各部件的应力大小及分布,同时分析影响其密封性能的关键参数,为金属腰形密封机构性能优化提供理论参考。
Performance Analysis of Metal Waist Sealing
The metal waist sealing mechanism has the characteristics of good sealing performance,high temperature resistance and strong vibration resistance,and is widely used in the sealing connection of the internal lubricating oil pipeline in the hot end area of aero engine.In order to study its performance in depth,this paper establishes a finite element model and uses the Static Structural calculation module of ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the stress magnitude and distribution of each component after the formation of an effective seal,and at the same time analyze the key parameters affecting its sealing performance,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the performance optimization of the metal waist sealing mechanism.
