The metal waist sealing mechanism has the characteristics of good sealing performance,high temperature resistance and strong vibration resistance,and is widely used in the sealing connection of the internal lubricating oil pipeline in the hot end area of aero engine.In order to study its performance in depth,this paper establishes a finite element model and uses the Static Structural calculation module of ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the stress magnitude and distribution of each component after the formation of an effective seal,and at the same time analyze the key parameters affecting its sealing performance,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the performance optimization of the metal waist sealing mechanism.
