摘要

铝灰是铝工业中不可避免的固体废弃物,每年产生量巨大.由于其含有氮化铝、氯化物和氟化物等有害物质,已被列入《国家危险废物名录》.本文介绍了铝灰反应盐水浓缩盐含量及氨水吸收浓度,简单描述了铝灰反应实验设计方案、实验设备以及检测设备,调研了佛山某铝业公司铝灰盐含量及氮含量.本文旨在通过盐水浓缩和氨水吸收的方法,探索铝灰中氮化铝的有效脱除及其资源化利用途径.

Abstract

Aluminum ash is an inevitable solid waste in the aluminum industry,with a huge amount generated annually.Due to its presence of harmful substances such as aluminum nitride,chloride,and fluoride,it has been included in the National Hazardous Waste List.This article introduces the concentrated salt content and ammonia absorption concentration of aluminum ash reaction salt water,briefly describes the experimental design scheme,experimental equipment,and detection equipment for aluminum ash reaction,and investigates the aluminum ash salt content and nitrogen content of a certain aluminum company in Foshan.This article aims to explore the effective removal and resource utilization of aluminum nitride in aluminum ash through the methods of salt water concentration and ammonia water absorption.
