随着工业化的快速推进,火电厂作为能源供应的主要支柱,其运行过程中产生的污染问题受到社会广泛关注。特别是锅炉烟气中的颗粒物排放,不仅对环境造成污染,还对人体健康构成威胁。因此,高效、环保的除尘技术成为火电厂烟气治理的关键。电除尘与袋式除尘作为目前应用广泛的除尘技术,各有特点和优势,但也存在一定不足。本文旨在探讨这两种除尘技术的原理、应用现状,分析各自的优缺点,以期为火电厂烟气治理提供有益参考。
Research on Electrostatic and Bag Filter Dust Removal Technologies for Flue Gas Desulfurization in Power Plant Boilers
With the rapid advancement of industrialization,coal-fired power plants,as the main pillar of energy supply,have increasingly been subject to widespread public concern over pollution issues arising from their operation.Particularly,the particulate matter emissions from boiler flue gas not only pollute the environment but also pose a threat to human health.Therefore,efficient and environmentally friendly dust removal technology has become the key to the flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plants.Electrostatic precipitation and bag filter technology are the most widely used dust removal technologies at present,each with its own characteristics and advantages,but also some shortcomings.This paper aims to discuss the principles,current status of application,and pros and cons of these two dust removal technologies,and look forward to the future development direction,in order to provide useful technical reference for flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plants.
