随着电力需求的持续增长,水力发电技术的应用范围逐渐扩大。然而,水力发电设备在运行过程中常出现故障,对发电效率造成不利影响。为提升水力发电设备的可靠性,本文通过深入探讨水力发电设备的常见故障及其检修方法,包括主阀、调速器和水轮机的典型故障及对应检修措施,强调日常检测、工作经验和故障信息收集与分析在故障检修中的重要性,提出完善故障检修制度和提高检修人员素质与能力的策略,以适应新时代背景下水力发电设备故障检修的新需求。通过综合应用多种检修方法与技术,为实现水力发电设备高效、稳定运行提供有力保障和参考。
Discussion on Fault Maintenance of Hydropower Equipment in Operation
As the demand for electricity continues to grow,the scope of application of hydropower technology is gradually expanding.However,hydropower equipment often fails during operation,adversely affecting power generation efficiency and power generation.In order to improve the reliability of hydropower equipment,this paper deeply discusses the common faults of hydropower equipment and their maintenance methods,including the typical faults of main valves,governors and turbines and the corresponding maintenance measures,emphasizes the importance of daily detection,work experience and fault information collection and analysis in fault maintenance,and puts forward the strategy of improving the fault maintenance system and improving the quality and ability of maintenance personnel,so as to meet the new needs of fault maintenance of hydropower equipment in the new era.Through the comprehensive application of a variety of maintenance methods and technologies,it aims to provide a strong guarantee and effective reference for the efficient and stable operation of hydropower equipment.
