在全球范围内,能源的可持续利用和环境保护已成为一个重要议题。矿山作为能源和原材料的重要来源基地,其生产过程中的能源消耗和环境影响备受关注。由于采矿业的重要性,电力消耗占据矿山能源消耗的较大比例。随着能源成本上升和环境法规收紧,矿业公司面临着降低能源消耗和环境影响的双重挑战。因此,节能技术的研究和应用以及采矿业绿色发展成为当务之急。基于此,本文深入探讨矿山电气系统的组成、能耗特点及节能技术,包括电机节能、变压器节能与电力系统优化等关键技术。通过分析节能技术应用面临的挑战,比如技术研发、财务、管理及市场问题,提出相应解决方案,旨在为矿山企业节能减排实践提供指导,助力行业实现绿色转型。
Analysis of Mine Electrical Energy-saving Technology and Application
On a global scale,the sustainable use of energy and environmental protection have become important issues in today's society.As an important source of energy and raw materials,the energy consumption and environmental impact of mines in the production process have attracted much attention.Due to the importance of the mining industry,electricity consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption of mines.With rising energy costs and tighter environmental regulations,mining companies face the dual challenge of reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.Therefore,the research and application of energy-saving technologies and the green development of the mining industry have become a top priority.Based on this,this paper deeply discusses the composition,energy consumption characteristics and energy-saving technologies of mine electrical system,including key technologies such as motor energy-saving,transformer energy-saving and power system optimization.At the same time,the challenges faced by the application of energy-saving technologies,such as technology research and development,finance,management and market issues,are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are proposed,aiming to provide guidance for the energy conservation and emission reduction practices of mining enterprises and help the industry achieve green transformation and sustainable development.
